For one of our clients we are looking for a talented and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer. You will be a crucial part of developing and enhancing our leading project. The project is a ground-breaking mobility solution designed to streamline the transportation process.
Project team: 12+ team members – PM, BA, Software Developers, QAs, DevOps, Delivery Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of previous design mobile/web projects, including examples of built and maintained Design Systems.
- Strong experience with diverse UX methodologies and a deep understanding of data-driven design.
- Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design decisions to stakeholders.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with the latest Figma updates, including the usage of tokens for design consistency and scalability.
- Quick sketch-noting and real-time wireframing skills for immediate concept visualization and design iteration.
- Proficiency in motion design principles to create engaging animations within the user interface.
- Familiarity with HTML+CSS and experience translating designs into code.
- Experience using no-code solutions like Webflow, Framer, or similar for rapid prototyping and design implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and expand the existing design systems – introduce new components and maintain current ones.
- Develop wireframes and high-fidelity designs based on the business requirements, and suggest solutions based on user-centric design approaches and UX/UI best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
- Create user journey maps, wireframes, and information architecture.
- Conduct comprehensive UX/UI audits.
- Visualize multiple aesthetic and conceptual possibilities for new projects.
- Organize and lead user testing sessions and interviews.
- Design graphics for the company, such as event posters, email images, videos, etc.
