We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join a real estate development company delivering new residential projects in Warsaw (Ursus district). This role combines sales responsibility with marketing and operational support, making it ideal for a proactive, well-organized professional who feels comfortable working close to the business owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process of residential properties, from first contact with clients to finalizing agreements
- Providing professional advice to clients regarding available apartments, pricing, and purchase conditions
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Actively supporting marketing and promotional activities, including:
- Managing and updating the company’s social media channels
- Updating content on the company website (offers, descriptions, basic news)
- Preparing sales materials, reports, and summaries
- Providing day-to-day support to the company’s Director, including coordination of sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within a real estate development company (this is a must-have requirement)
- Very good understanding of the residential real estate market
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for working with international clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Confident use of digital tools and social media platforms
