Role Overview:

On behalf of our client,  a global manufacturer of high-tech industrial tapes and films, we are seeking a dynamic, highly driven, and independent professional for the position of Technical Sales Manager / Sales Manager.

This is a strategic commercial role that combines consultative technical sales (Solution Selling), key account management, and proactive business development. As a technical brand ambassador, you will directly engage with decision-makers, engineers, and operational leaders within manufacturing organizations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Market Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market share within existing and emerging industries.
  • Proactive Business Development: Map high-potential markets, perform targeted prospecting, and „open doors” with senior decision-makers in manufacturing environments (Plant Managers, Production Directors, R&D/Engineering Leaders, Procurement Heads).
  • Technical Sales & Solution Consulting: Understand customer processes, technical challenges, and operational requirements to provide consultative support and deliver customized solutions.
  • Full Cycle Project Management: Coordinate product trials, sample testing, and implementation phases in close collaboration with internal technical teams, leading the process from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements with product innovation and ensure successful project execution.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at regional and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical seminars to strengthen brand reputation and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales management, technical sales, or strategic key account management within industrial sectors.
  • Industry Background (Highly Preferred): Prior experience within a converting background, industrial tape manufacturing, industrial adhesives, or advanced technical components is highly desirable.
  • Education: A technical academic background (Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology) or equivalent industry experience within technical sectors is preferred.
  • Sales Competencies: Strong consultative selling capabilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build credibility with senior operational stakeholders.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Polish and a strong working proficiency in English are required. Additional regional language skills (e.g., Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian) are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, entrepreneurial, and highly results-driven with an ability to operate independently and adapt effectively in an international, fast-paced environment.
