For one of our clients, Production Company, we are looking for Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist. On this position, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting candidates and also promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including identifying recruitment sources, creating job postings, and conducting candidate screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the job duties and necessary qualifications.
- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including creating and managing social media campaigns and attending job fairs and networking events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay current on industry trends and competitive recruitment practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other third-party recruiting sources.
- Develop and deliver employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company’s culture and work environment.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and to develop and implement company policies and procedures related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges in the recruitment landscape.
- Project management skills to lead and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques to promote employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of English – oral and written
