We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Operations Team Manager to lead and manage Our Client’s technical team. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms such as CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, project management solutions, and website add-ons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent managerial and communication skills, with a focus on planning, tracking, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT support requests and short-term initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the Information Systems Operations team, providing technical guidance and mentorship. 
  • Oversee and track IT support requests from internal clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. 
  • Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet business needs and manage workloads. 
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols for handling support requests. 
  • Collaborate with team members, internal clients, and management to identify and implement innovative solutions. 
  • Communicate and consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization’s platforms.

Requirements: 

  • 5 + years of experience including 1+ year as Team Manager 
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role within an IT operations environment. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms, including CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, and project management solutions. 
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strong consultative skills and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver results. 

Would be a plus: 

  • Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
