We are looking for a motivated and practical Finance Manager to join the team of out Client in Warsaw. In this role, you will support financial delivery in CFO projects and work closely with senior finance experts and clients.
Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring high-quality deliverables:
- Execute financial plans and maintain financial tools, including financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare and verify management reports (monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI commentary).
- Present financial results and insights to clients, including company management teams.
- Coordinate the month-end close process with internal and external accounting partners.
- Support onboarding of new clients by developing financial processes and methodologies.
- Analyze cost data, verify accounting accuracy, and organise historical financial information.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to deadlines.
What we expect from you
We are seeking someone who combines financial knowledge with a strong sense of responsibility:
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in finance, audit (including Big4), corporate finance or controlling.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and pivot tables.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and how transactions affect financial statements.
- A proactive “can-do” attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering work on time.
