We are looking for an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to join an international software company specializing in AI and PropTech solutions. In this role, you will lead the design of intelligent, scalable systems and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy and contributing to the development of advanced digital platforms for global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and define technical strategies for complex AI-driven solutions
- Design scalable system frameworks combining infrastructure and application components
- Develop accurate development estimates and participate in technical proposal creation
- Analyze complex technical challenges and define efficient solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to clarify scope and requirements
- Drive pre-sales consultations by aligning client needs with technical capabilities
- Oversee timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Ensure compliance with best software development practices and security standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect on complex, large-scale projects
- Proven experience with AI/ML model integration and Generative AI / LLMs
- Fluency in Node.js or Python for backend development
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
- Experience with background job processing libraries (BullMQ, Celery, Hatchet or similar)
- Familiarity with vector databases, context retrieval, and AI model deployment
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Excellent communication skills (English B2+ minimum)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with architectural patterns (Microservices, MVC)
- Awareness of front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and React Native from an architectural perspective
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and secure development best practices
