Office Manager/Business Development Support – Warsaw

As a Business Development Support / Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business development activities and ensuring smooth office operations. You will assist in market expansion efforts, maintain relationships with partners and customers, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.

Your tasks:

  • Business Development Support: Assisting in the execution of business development strategies, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Administrative Coordination: Managing office operations, handling correspondence, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
  • Customer & Partner Relations: Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Event Organization: Supporting the organization of business events, meetings, and customer visits.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team to assist in promotional activities, content creation, and campaign execution to enhance brand visibility.
  • Communication & Documentation: Coordinating internal and external communication, maintaining databases, and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues in Poland and headquarters to facilitate smooth business operations.

Our requirements:

  • Education: A completed commercial, administrative, or business-related qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in office management, business development support, or a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (German is a plus).
  • Proactive Approach: Independent, goal-oriented, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
