Junior Brand Manager – location – Wrocław

For one of our Clients we are looking for Junior Brand Manager, who will take the challenge to prepare wide range of action and activities regarding launch of our client’s new products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and execution of yearly brand plan.
  • Acting as project leader for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing the brand performance.
  • Full responsibility for the brand budget.
  • Close cooperation with other company’s department
  • Evaluation of activities, research, advertising campaigns & customer’s promotions,
  • Systematic control of competitors activities in the segment,
  • Effective collaboration with the agencies (media house, advertising agencies – ATL, BTL, research agencies, PR agency, POS agencies),


  • You have previous experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Project Management in FMCG company.
  • You are proactive, openminded person, able to predict “next steps” and prepare solution before problem appears.
  • You have developed analytical skills.
  • You are strict with deadlines and self-motivated person.
  • Strong communication and presentations skills,
  • Very good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & setting priorities,
  • High level of inner motivation & proactive approach,
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must.
