E-Commerce – Location Łódź

For one of our Clients we are looking for the E-commerce Manager. She/he will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Strategy:
    • Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy in line with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and explore new e-commerce opportunities and markets to expand the online presence.
  2. Website Management:
    • Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the company’s e-commerce website.
    • Collaborate with the IT team or external developers to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  3. Product Management:
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
    • Manage product catalog, including new product launches, updates, and discontinuations.
  4. Customer Experience:
    • Enhance the online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly.
  5. Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
    • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to promote the e-commerce platform.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of e-commerce strategies.
    • Generate regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Payment Processing and Security:
    • Oversee the payment gateway and ensure secure transactions.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce payment processing.
  8. Partnerships and Vendor Management:
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize processes and enhance the product offering.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with external partners.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technology, platforms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce and content management systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer behavior.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
• Strong project management skills.
