Business Development Manager – Warsaw -hybrid

Employment contract rate: PLN 17.000 gross

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and strategic Business Development Manager (Sales Hunter) to drive business growth in Poland. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who thrives on building long-term business relationships, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and creating tangible value rather than just closing transactions. This role offers high autonomy, allowing you to execute account-based strategies and directly shape business development within a high-energy international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Strategy: Actively identify and acquire new business clients, creating long-term corporate partnerships and defining targeted client strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Analyze complex business needs to develop tailored proposals, service agreements, and comprehensive project plans.
  • Account-Based Selling: Execute robust account-based sales strategies and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal HR and Delivery teams to ensure the solutions provided align perfectly with client expectations.
  • Networking and Brand Representation: Represent the company at professional industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the business network.

Requirements and Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within HR services (ideally IT contracting), service center operations, or professional B2B service sales.
  • Network: An existing professional network within the Polish corporate sector is considered a strong asset.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of comfortably engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Sales Mindset: A proactive, self-driven “hunter” mentality; an individual who actively uncovers opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the underlying strategy behind corporate business decisions and focus on value-driven selling.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) is required for managing local and international business relations.
