As a technical brand ambassador, you will directly engage with decision-makers, engineers, and operational leaders within manufacturing organizations across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sales Strategy &amp; Market Growth:<\/strong> Develop and execute regional sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market share within existing and emerging industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proactive Business Development:<\/strong> Map high-potential markets, perform targeted prospecting, and &#8220;open doors&#8221; with senior decision-makers in manufacturing environments (Plant Managers, Production Directors, R&amp;D\/Engineering Leaders, Procurement Heads).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Sales &amp; Solution Consulting:<\/strong> Understand customer processes, technical challenges, and operational requirements to provide consultative support and deliver customized solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Cycle Project Management:<\/strong> Coordinate product trials, sample testing, and implementation phases in close collaboration with internal technical teams, leading the process from initial contact to contract closing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with internal R&amp;D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements with product innovation and ensure successful project execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industry Representation:<\/strong> Represent the company at regional and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical seminars to strengthen brand reputation and visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional Experience:<\/strong> Proven track record in B2B sales management, technical sales, or strategic key account management within industrial sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industry Background (Highly Preferred):<\/strong> Prior experience within a <strong>converting background<\/strong>, industrial tape manufacturing, industrial adhesives, or advanced technical components is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> A technical academic background (Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology) or equivalent industry experience within technical sectors is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales Competencies:<\/strong> Strong consultative selling capabilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build credibility with senior operational stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language Requirements:<\/strong> Fluency in Polish and a <strong>strong working proficiency in English<\/strong> are required.
