Your expertise in prompt engineering will drive the effectiveness of AI-powered interactions, ensuring our solutions deliver real-time, context-aware insights for our clients and users. You\u2019ll work alongside fintech visionaries and technical experts to deliver AI-driven products that set new industry standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain AI agents that autonomously manage and optimize complex workflows, such as document management, state management, processing, automated compliance &amp; risk monitoring, and client onboarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune AI agent responses for financial contexts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate fintech requirements into robust AI-driven solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop scalable, secure AI pipelines and infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring in a regulated environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously monitor and iterate on AI agent performance and prompt strategies to maximize business impact and user satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all AI solutions meet financial industry standards for security, privacy, and ethical compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct experiments, analyze model results, and iterate quickly based on feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay ahead of fintech and AI trends, integrating the latest advancements into our product suite.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master\u2019s or PhD degree preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+4 years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks building and deploying AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Java\u2019s Spring AI or LangChain4j or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in designing, deploying and running AI agents that automate and optimize business workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced skills in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI, especially in regulated industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with AI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhancing model accuracy with external knowledge, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integrating AI systems with diverse tools and data sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nice to have Python and experience with AI\/ML libraries and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS\/GCP a plus) and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, reinforcement learning, and AI ethics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client is revolutionizing the financial services landscape through intelligent automation and next-generation AI.
