The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, has strong analytical and documentation skills, and enjoys shaping business solutions from early concept to implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-sales focus:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze internal pre-sale requests and contribute to solution planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join prospect calls and lead Q&amp;A sessions to understand business needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate on shaping business and technical solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support discovery phases and high-level requirements gathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare business-focused sections of proposals and presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to effort estimation and planning with the pre-sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Client project support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct detailed requirement elicitation through interviews and workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into structured documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and manage the product backlog with the Product Owner and development team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with UI\/UX, developers, and QA to ensure shared understanding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support UAT planning and validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to BA practice development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client-facing experience and ability to lead discussions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for analysis and productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and documentation standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced English (spoken and written)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in pre-sales or real estate domain is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced and communicative Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic international team focused on delivering tailored software solutions, including AI-driven products and process automation tools.
