{"id":1072,"date":"2025-05-28T13:59:21","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T11:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcerecruitment.pl\/en\/?post_type=jobs&#038;p=1072"},"modified":"2025-05-28T13:59:22","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T11:59:22","slug":"financial-reporting-controlling-specialist-warsaw-hybrid","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/forcerecruitment.pl\/en\/jobs\/financial-reporting-controlling-specialist-warsaw-hybrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Reporting &#038; Controlling Specialist &#8211; Warsaw &#8211; hybrid"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On behalf of our client \u2013 an international company operating in the technology sector \u2013 we are currently looking for a <strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Controlling Specialist<\/strong> to join their finance team in Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The person in this position will be responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance, and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires solid experience in financial reporting and controlling, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with financial data in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports<br>\u2013 Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes<br>\u2013 Variance analysis and performance monitoring<br>\u2013 Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across financial systems and reports<br>\u2013 Cooperation with external accounting, payroll, and tax partners<br>\u2013 Development and implementation of internal controls and process improvements<br>\u2013 Supporting department leads in financial decision-making<br>\u2013 Assistance in preparing audit documentation and investor reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or audit<br>\u2013 Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes<br>\u2013 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)<br>\u2013 Analytical thinking and attention to detail<br>\u2013 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<br>\u2013 Fluent Polish and at least a very good command of English<br>\u2013 Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage<br>\u2013 Proactive approach and openness to working in a fast-changing environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is offered<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Stable form of cooperation (employment contract or B2B)<br>\u2013 Hybrid work model with an office located in Warsaw<br>\u2013 Private medical care<br>\u2013 Supportive team environment and opportunities for professional development<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On behalf of our client \u2013 an international company operating in the technology sector \u2013 we are currently looking for a Financial Reporting &amp; Controlling Specialist to join their finance team in Warsaw.
