The ideal candidate will be a trusted point of contact for both employees and external vendors, with strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR \/ People Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage all employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, leave, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and organize employee documentation in compliance with Polish labor law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the payroll process by preparing necessary data and coordinating with external providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the main point of contact for employees regarding HR and legal matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper implementation and ongoing improvement of HR policies, procedures, and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperate with legal advisors and tax consultants on employment-related topics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implementing new HRIS and process automation tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support team leaders in all employee-related formalities and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure GDPR compliance across employee and candidate data handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Office &amp; Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office operations and daily administrative tasks in the Warsaw office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee cooperation with office suppliers and service providers (e.g. insurance, IT, events, travel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate administrative processes for remote team members across different locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take care of business documentation, invoicing coordination, and contract archiving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and support internal meetings, events, and travel logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the smooth functioning of all office-related procedures and communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage internal tools and systems supporting company operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ideal candidate profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in HR operations and\/or administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law and HR documentation standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent Polish and very good English (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, trustworthy, and solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a fast-paced, international, or tech\/startup environment is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s offered:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary (employment contract or B2B)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hybrid work model with modern office in Warsaw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private medical care and FitProfit Gym card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free access to educational platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly, people-first environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real impact on processes and culture in a growing company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our client \u2013 a fast-growing international tech company \u2013 we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People &amp; Administration Manager who will take ownership of both HR operations and office administration.
