This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms such as CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, project management solutions, and website add-ons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent managerial and communication skills, with a focus on planning, tracking, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT support requests and short-term initiatives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the Information Systems Operations team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee and track IT support requests from internal clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet business needs and manage workloads.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols for handling support requests.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with team members, internal clients, and management to identify and implement innovative solutions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization\u2019s platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5 + years of experience including 1+ year as Team Manager&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role within an IT operations environment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of networks, Azure DevOps, and various commercial platforms, including CRM, accounting packages, time management tools, and project management solutions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication&nbsp;in English&nbsp;and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong consultative skills and problem-solving abilities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver results.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Would be a plus:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced&nbsp;Information Systems Operations Team Manager&nbsp;to lead and manage Our Client\u2019s technical team.
